I. General Information
This Privacy Policy defines the rules for processing and protecting the personal data of users using the Relaxi website and mobile application (hereinafter collectively referred to as: the "Service").

II. Types of Processed Data
The Controller processes data necessary to personalize your experience within the Service:
- Identification data: first name, last name, e-mail address, phone number.
- Location data: precise GPS coordinates (only with the user's separate consent).
- Behavioral data: booking history, interactions with "offer cards", selected relaxation categories.
- Technical data: IP address, mobile device identifiers (IDFA for iOS / AAID for Android), system logs.
- B2B Client data: company details necessary for issuing subscription invoices.

IV. Geolocation and Mobile Features
The Relaxi app uses the geolocation feature to display offers from salons located in your immediate vicinity. Using GPS is voluntary and requires consent within the device's operating system. Advertising identifiers (IDFA/AAID) are used only after obtaining consent in accordance with App Tracking Transparency (iOS) and Android rules.
V. Profiling and Advertising
The Service uses algorithms to personalize offers (including the "rotating cards" system). Based on your interactions, we suggest services best suited to your needs. This profiling does not produce legal effects. Cookies allow us to tailor content and display personalized advertisements based on your interests.
VI. Data Recipients and Transfer outside the EEA
Your data may be transferred to:
- Salons and facilities: in order to provide the scheduled visit.
- Tool providers: Google LLC (Analytics, Ads, Firebase), payment systems (B2B only).
- Accounting services: for invoice settlement purposes.

VII. Your Rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, delete it ("the right to be forgotten"), limit processing, transfer data, and object to processing. You may withdraw your consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).
